The cuisines that I'm going to show you today were the cuisines that were served during the 18th birthday of our beloved friend, Mic Mic. She celebrated her debut at Up Level Buffet located at Torres, Davao City Philippines. Let's get this started!
The right side of the table had three more viands, steamed crabs, Chopseuy, and lastly, Pancit Bihon, which is probably one of the staple food of Filipinos.
On the side, there was another table where you can find desserts like cakes and fruits. There was also a vegetable salad that served as an appetizer (but in Datu's case, his only food for the night! lol). This table is the best place for those who do not wish to eat meat.
I don't like veggies but the one they served was quite delicious. I prefer their cooking than other restaurants.
Remember I mentioned earlier that I forgot what viand was placed on the middle warmer located
at the left side of the table? I think, this was the viand placed on it but I'm not quite sure. Their Afritada was the best for me. It has tender juicy meat that you will never get tired of munching.
For those who want to live longer, you should try and eat this tasty Bihon. Filipinos love Bihon, and some usually prepare this food during birthday celebrations, believing that eating those long strands will make them live longer.
Looks good huh? Say hello to their crispy chicken. The skin was tasty and crispy while the inner part was tender and juicy. Sad to say, I was able to eat two pieces only. :(
My friend loves crabs so much that she decided to grab a plate of it :)) I was looking at her then I noticed how good she was in opening the crabs.
Who cares? We were hungry that time.
To sum it all, the foods prepared were all fantastic. You would never regret going, and eating there. I wish to go there again with my parents, and relatives.
